I am looking for more neutral type of colors such as the browns or greens (for the eyes)

If you're looking for rainbow colours I suggest you head over to MAC, Stila or Shu Uemura, they make almost every shade under the sun. Try Stila Jade, MAC Humid or Stila Kalo for a lighter green.
