As far as drugstore goes I think all have at least some good things.


I love Covergirl Mascara. Revlon has great foundation. Rimmel has great foundation and mascara. I also like MAC, Stila, and Mark Makeup. As far as being the best that really depends on you and your financial situation. Anyone can find good makeup in their bedget. If drugstore makeup is your thing, youtube search ';Favorite Drugstore Makeup'; and up will pop videos from makeup gurus talking about and reviewing their favorite drugstore makeup. If you want to check out some department store makeup I recommend MAC. You can search ';Favorite MAC Products,'; and again videos will pop up. So just see what works for you, but either way I hope you find stuff you like! :)

I like budget buys personally and these have the budget as well as the condition. I LOOOOOVE Maybelline New York's dream matte mousse concealer and foundation. They are the best. Serious, trust me.
